The European Commission launches on 5 October 2015 in Brussels a pan-European information campaign to help researchers find career advice and work through the EURAXESS initiative. The second EURAXESS tour will visit 34 European cities in 16 countries showing how European research and innovation contributes to growth and job creation in Europe.

The EURAXESS buses will provide students and young researchers with direct access to the services offered by EURAXESS.

The buses are equipped with information terminals where researchers can try out the website and upload CVs. At each stop there will be EURAXESS professionals on-hand to talk through the services and how they can be used to find jobs and get research careers moving. A professional photographer will provide complementary CV photos at each stop. There will be a programme of interactive sessions such as workshops with experts, discussion sessions, and science slams taking place.

In 2014, the initial EURAXESS Roadshow was a huge success, reaching over 170,000 people across the target countries. More than 9,000 people visited the EURAXESS bus directly. Visitors consisted mainly of students including bachelor, masters and PhD plus researchers at the early stages of their careers.

Get in and go far with your research career!
